Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Order Administrator at the warehouse, you are the spider in the web between administration and physical warehouse work. Your main focus is to ensure a correct and efficient flow of incoming and outgoing orders, from registration to delivery.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Order Management: Register, follow up, and manage incoming and outgoing orders in business and warehouse management systems.

• Logistics Administration: Handle delivery notices, invoicing, returns, complaints, and inventory administration.

• Communication: Contact customers via phone and email regarding order status, delivery issues, and discrepancies.

• Warehouse Collaboration: Close cooperation with warehouse staff to optimize picking, packing, and delivery.

• Development: Contribute to maintaining order, structure, and streamlining existing work routines.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience in order administration.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement.

• Good computer skills and experience working with business or warehouse management systems.

• Driver's license B.
