Team Manager for client in Eskilstuna

We are now looking for an engaged and results-oriented Team Manager for Production. In this role, you will lead and coach a team with a focus on efficiency & quality. You will be part of the local management team and play an important role in driving daily operations and contributing to the long-term development of the business.

You will work with food products and need to have a good understanding of the regulations and quality and safety requirements set by the Food Agency.

The role is both operational and strategic – you will be present in daily production but will also work on improvements, planning, and future development. We are currently in the midst of an automation project, and we see that automation and efficiency will be central parts of our continued development.

As a Team Manager for Production, you will have the opportunity to influence, develop processes, and be part of an engaged team that is passionate about creating products of the highest quality.

Responsibilities

·Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to achieve common goals

·Be responsible for planning, follow-up, and resource allocation in daily operations

·Ensure that production meets quality and delivery requirements

·Initiate and drive improvement work within processes and routines

·Actively work for a safe and pleasant work environment

·Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to optimize production flow

Qualifications

·Several years of leadership experience, preferably within production or similar operations

·Good understanding of production processes and flows

·Structured and solution-oriented

·Accustomed to working towards set goals and deadlines
