Main Responsibilities

This position involves working as a warehouse and logistics employee for our client, an international industrial group. The role includes warehouse work with tasks such as forklift driving, order picking, packing, and inbound and outbound deliveries. The job requires you to handle and enjoy varied tasks and a fast-paced environment, as well as being flexible and able to quickly shift focus when needed. The position involves a lot of collaboration with colleagues, so we are looking for someone who sees themselves as a team player and enjoys teamwork. Since you will be handling heavy goods, it is important that you always prioritize safety, are responsible, and structured in your work. We prefer that you have experience in warehouse work and forklift driving from other warehouses, as well as good physical condition and are not afraid to put in the effort when needed.

Who Are You?

We are looking for a team player with a strong focus on safety and quality. You have previous experience working in a warehouse and with forklift driving. As tasks are recorded and processed in various computer systems, we see that you have a technical interest and find it easy to learn systems and processes. Good computer skills and knowledge of relevant systems are a plus. We place great importance on your personal suitability and see that you are a team player motivated by clear goals. You perform well and are motivated by receiving feedback.

Requirements for the Position:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are available 2-3 times a week, with the possibility of more days.
• You can work during the day and evening.
• You contribute to joy and well-being in the shared workplace.
• Your Swedish language skills are good, both spoken and written.
• Your English is sufficient to understand the terms used in the computer systems employed by the company.
• Forklift license A1-A4, B1-B4.
• Driver's license B.

Being a Consultant

As a consultant with us, you have a Consultant Manager available to you who is responsible for your assignment, ensuring that you are satisfied and developing in your professional role. You will also have a responsible manager on-site from the client who assists you in your daily work.
