About the Role
WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES
The role of a warehouse employee at DC involves delivering the best service and thereby contributing to a great customer experience in all our stores. You will play an important role in achieving this efficiently with a focus on sustainability and quality, always in accordance with H&M's values, policies, and safety procedures.
You will handle incoming and outgoing goods daily, in a work environment where you are responsible for orderliness and a well-functioning inventory management.
You will work together with the team to ensure an efficient production flow by following our working methods and routines in one or more of the following areas:
- unloading and sorting boxes that arrive daily from trucks and containers
- picking and allocating the right number of products to our stores
- loading and transporting our products to our stores
- internal handling of goods
WHO WE ARE - DC ESKILSTUNA
From H&M's distribution center in Svista, Eskilstuna, goods are distributed to all H&M's stores in Sweden, Norway, Iceland, and Denmark. We currently have about 350 employees working to supply 310 stores with goods. We have just undergone a significant expansion. In addition to being a Nordic warehouse, we have also renovated and expanded our facilities. We have also installed completely new automation to modernize our operations and provide a future-proof logistics solution.

Additionally
- We want you to have basic knowledge of Swedish
- Forklift license (A1-A5 and B1-B5) is a plus but not a requirement
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You need to be able to work full-time with varying hours between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.

We are now offering a special fixed-term full-time position from February 1 / March 1 until December 31, 2026. All positions involve shift work, including scheduled Saturdays and Sundays. The applicable collective agreement is the Warehouse and E-commerce Agreement.
