About the Position

Are you passionate about machines and customer interactions? We are now looking for an experienced Instructor/Demonstrator for a consulting assignment with a well-known global company in Eskilstuna. The role means you will be an important part of the customer experience at the client's customer center, where you will demonstrate products in the best way.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers at the customer center.
• Demonstrate and instruct how our construction machines are used, focusing on excavators.
• Participate in customer events, machine shows, and photo sessions as a machine expert.
• Ensure that the machines are in top condition before customer visits (including daily checks, cleaning, refueling).
• Present products and contribute to a professional and inspiring customer experience.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is social, communicative, and has a genuine interest in machines and customer service. You enjoy being in the spotlight and have a professional demeanor.

You Have

• At least 5 years of relevant experience operating construction machines, especially excavators.
• Good pedagogical skills and confidence in speaking in front of groups.
• Service-oriented and representative – you are the face of the company to the customer.
• Driver's license B (required).

It is an advantage if you have previous experience from machine shows or similar events.
