About the position The tasks involve daily support to our customers via email and phone, order management, and transport bookings in our WHS system. In the control room, we maintain a relatively high pace as we support both our employees in the warehouse and our customers. We believe in good communication internally and externally, always maintaining a high minimum standard, and that there are no problems – only solutions.

Attributes

As a team member, you should be ambitious, efficient, and meticulous – it is particularly important for us to have good social skills, as we communicate with customers, drivers, and colleagues daily. A good customer service approach is essential in our role. In addition to handling various types of inquiries efficiently, we are constantly working to optimize flows and processes – we would like you to be part of that work with previous experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and skills

Experience in warehouse/logistics at various levels

Good computer skills and familiarity with working in WHS systems

Experience in customer service

The position starts immediately and is ongoing indefinitely.

If you thrive in the position and achieve good results, it will lead to a permanent employment.

You will work Monday to Friday during daytime.
