About You:

You have worked as a general nurse for at least 2 years. We believe this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role and it aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We prefer that you have experience from several different departments. You should be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training. Those of us working at Operationskonsulterna have an average of about 19 years of specialist experience and we set the highest competence requirements in the staffing industry. This means that you, as an Operations Consultant, often belong to those in the workplace with the most experience, and as such, we expect you to find it natural to share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues. Mentoring students and new colleagues is part of the job.
