At Kronans Apotek, we are now looking for licensed pharmacists for our national competence pool – an engaged and supportive team that contributes its expertise where the need is greatest. Whether you are looking for an exciting summer assignment or a permanent position, we offer an opportunity to make a real difference.

🌍 A role with variety and development

As a national pool pharmacist, you will have a daily life filled with variety and new perspectives on your profession. One week you might work by the sea in Bohuslän, and the next in a mountainous environment in northern Sweden. You will meet new customers, collaborate with different teams, and gain a broader understanding of the business. You will also have the opportunity to:

• Enhance customers' medication use and health
• Be an important link between pharmacies, regions, and service offices
• Identify improvement opportunities in operations and customer flows
• Coach and educate colleagues in new working methods
• Participate in national campaigns and collaborations

🤝 Support along the way

In your daily work, your immediate manager in the competence pool will be a close support, ensuring that you have clear frameworks and good conditions in your assignment.

📄 Employment type and period

We offer both permanent employment and the possibility of fixed-term employment during the summer period, in dialogue and by agreement (for example, June–August).

We are looking for someone who… is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician and is confident in your pharmaceutical competence but wants more. You seek variety, development, and a touch of adventure. You need to have a B driver's license and be comfortable with traveling.
