On behalf of Lendo, we are now looking for a loan officer. You will work at Sweden's largest comparison service for personal and business loans. Lendo is part of the global media group Schibsted, and in this role, your main task will be to contact individuals who have chosen to turn to Lendo.

About the position As a loan officer, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps Lendo's customers with personal finance issues. With the phone as your primary working tool, you will call customers who have applied for a loan with Lendo through advisory sales. You will go through the customers' loan needs and further offer loan protection and insurance.

You will explain the value and significance of using Lendo as a service, but also actively work with upselling.

Your profile:

• At least 1 year of work experience in sales, preferably over the phone
• Goal-oriented and responsible as a person
• Experience and/or education in economics, banking, and finance is an advantage
• Have a trustworthy approach and a genuine interest in business
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and have good knowledge of English
• Have a completed high school diploma
• Solution-oriented, competitive, and proactive
