Responsibilities Map needs and work processes for central and regional users Create wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and the business to meet business needs Participate in user testing and iterate design based on insights Document solutions for smooth handover to development Ensure intuitive, collaborative, and scalable solutions

Requirements At least 3–5 years of experience as a UX designer Experienced in working with digital interfaces and internal process solutions Ability to understand complex needs from multiple stakeholders and create user-friendly solutions Experience with iterative and cross-functional working methods

Desirable Experience in campaign management, marketing, or planning systems Previous work with coordination and efficiency solutions in large organizations Design for user groups spread across different locations and regions Experience in Service Design

Tools & methods Figma UX methodology: user journeys, personas, flows, prototypes, user testing Basic understanding of accessibility and design systems
