We are now looking for a driven and inspiring Store Manager for our store in Norrköping Domino! The role is a full-time position starting in early November.Do you love sales, leadership, and genuine customer interactions? Do you have the ability to create both good relationships and great results? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

About the role

As a Store Manager at Indiska, you are the one who shows the way, both on the shop floor and within the team. You have overall responsibility for ensuring that the store meets its goals and that both customers and employees have a really good experience every day.

You lead with presence, energy, and clear direction with a focus on the customer experience, team well-being, and store results.

Your role includes:

• Driving the store towards sales targets and KPIs
• Leading and coaching the team in daily operations, both strategically and operationally
• Ensuring an inspiring visual expression and a welcoming store environment
• Planning and following up on budget, schedules, and personnel
• Recruiting, developing, and motivating employees
• Actively working on workplace environment, well-being, and culture in the store

About you

• Are action-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoy a fast pace
