• B driver's license – it is a requirement that you have a driver's license and good driving experience to reach customers safely and efficiently.

As an employee in home care, you will work in the customer's home and perform services according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. The tasks during weekend shifts may include:

• Meal support – Help with cooking, serving, and eating.
• Social support – Create security, presence, and comfort.
• Supervision – Preventive and follow-up visits.
• Personal care – Help with hygiene, toilet visits, and showering.
• Assistance with changing clothes – Help with putting on and taking off clothes as needed.

Working hours and employment forms

We offer a fixed weekend schedule with two options:

• Day shift: 07:00 – 15:00
• Evening shift: 15:30 – 22:30

Location: Österåkers municipality (in Åkersberga) – we prefer that you live nearby.

Aleo Care is a family-owned company founded in 2017, operating in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, Vaxholm, and Oxelösund. Currently, we operate in the areas of home care, housing support, and home service.

We strive for as high personnel continuity as possible in our planning. Our office has administrative staff who plan employees and customers in several different geographical areas.

Our employees are nursing assistants, caregivers, and service personnel. We have modern environmentally friendly electric hybrid cars, work clothes, wellness grants, and work modernly with digital systems for work schedules and customer services. We have a collective agreement via Fremia. All employees are insured during their employment and offered occupational pension.
