As a nursing assistant at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents.

We are now looking for new nursing assistants for our cozy care home Sälgen. Sälgen is a special accommodation focused on dementia/somatic care and has 50 places. Sälgen is a modern, centrally located residence in Höganäs with good bus connections and parking facilities adjacent to the building. We have a fantastic garden and are close to beautiful surroundings.

In the role of nursing assistant with us, you will provide care and support based on the client's wishes, and in accordance with applicable assistance decisions, with a strong focus on quality. This includes performing personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction may involve conversations, games, bike rides, music activities, or similar. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for two part-time colleagues for permanent positions with a probationary period.  Employment rate 75% with a start date to be agreed upon.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Present a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

Previous experience in elderly care is a requirement, and experience in dementia care is an advantage.
