We are looking for you to join our client in Hägersten in a responsible role as Production Leader for pallet and package sorting at night.

As a Production Leader, you will lead the night sorting together with approximately 30 employees. The position involves responsibility for ensuring that the operations during your shift meet the set goals and key performance indicators. Responsibilities include sorting and distributing packages and other goods according to established routines, as well as improvement work around these processes. Together with colleagues and the Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning the night operations.

• Ensuring the night operations
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators
• Ensuring correct routines and work processes
• Working according to LEAN
• Administration related to the position

We are looking for someone who recognizes themselves in the following description

• Experience in terminal work.
• Experience in a leadership role
• Driving license B and forklift license A1-4 and B1-4
• Experience and comfort in working nights
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and a proficient IT user
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English

Scope and placement

The position is full-time (100%). Working hours are Monday to Friday from 02:00 to 11:00.

The position is located at our client's terminal in Hägersten. In 2027, the operations will move to a newly built terminal in northern Stockholm, and we hope you will be part of that transition.
