We at Pokayoke, on behalf of Ceva Logistics, are looking for a Team Manager for their state-of-the-art logistics center in Kungsängen. At this facility, logistics for one of the world's largest e-commerce players is managed, and here you will have the chance to drive daily operations forward.

About the position

As a Team Manager at Ceva Logistics, you will be responsible for a department in the warehouse where you lead and allocate daily tasks. You ensure that your group meets its goals regarding quality, efficiency, and safety, in an environment where improvement work and engagement are in focus. The role involves close collaboration with other Team Managers, and you report to the Shift Manager. 

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead the daily operations within your department
• Plan and follow up on the department's goals and performance
• Communicate clearly with your team and provide continuous feedback
• Coach employees according to individual development plans
• Ensure that the work environment, safety, and procedures are followed
• Report incidents, risks, and deviations
• Drive improvement work to increase efficiency
• Break down the company's strategies into concrete and measurable goals

Your profile

We are looking for a structured and engaged leader, with the ability to both support and challenge your employees in their daily work. You are confident in making decisions, have good communication skills, and are motivated by seeing others grow. You thrive in a dynamic environment where change is part of everyday life.

We expect you to have:

• At least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably within logistics, production, or warehousing
• The ability to work goal-oriented and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment
• High school education and good IT skills, especially in Excel
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A coaching and role-model leadership style with a strong sense of responsibility

Experience in the logistics industry and knowledge of languages other than Swedish/English is a plus.
