Working hours and degree of employment: day and evening shifts, weekdays and weekends. The position is 85%.

Salary: By agreement, other compensations are according to collective agreements.

Start date: November 17, 2025, or by agreement.

Job description

As a nursing assistant at Humana Högalid, you will have a varied job where you will plan and implement weekly planning, manage medications, and plan activities. You will document and handle any deviations daily. Together with colleagues, you will distribute tasks and communicate with HSL staff such as nurses, rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses.

Examples of job tasks:

• Be a contact person and be responsible for your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan
• Follow up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan
• Receive delegation of medications from the nurse
• Conduct fun activities
• Manage documents and deviations

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a team player – a responsible person who enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the whole picture and are not afraid to take initiative. You are used to documentation and work with quality as a guiding principle. Experience in person-centered work is an advantage, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook.

We are looking for you who: 

• Are a trained nursing assistant
• Possess good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in elderly care or home care
• Experience working with people with dementia
• Experience from operations run in private management

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You also need to present an extract from the criminal record.
