We offer you a responsible job where you, together with your colleagues, have the opportunity to develop a service focused on our elderly. We are now looking for nursing assistants for both evenings and weekends.

In the role of nursing assistant within home care, you will work with something of the best and most enriching there is – making everyday life meaningful for the retirees in Värmdö. Being professional is as much about a good approach and understanding of other people's needs and feelings as it is about working with care tasks and service. We work hard to maintain a professional approach both towards our clients and within the work group.

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with a certificate of protected professional title. You have previous experience in home care and/or elderly care. You need to be able to speak and understand Swedish well and also express yourself well in writing, as communication is an important need for our elderly. You need to have a valid B driver's license and be at least 18 years old.

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and have a genuine interest in people. We expect you to have a large dose of empathy and be good at building relationships and creating contact. You are attentive and present and have a service-oriented mindset. Furthermore, we see that you are interested in strengthening the healthy, vibrant part of life. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.

The employment is a permanent position. Working hours will be scheduled for evenings and weekends. For this position, presenting a valid extract from the police criminal record is a prerequisite for employment.
