We are looking for a driven Team Leader for a laundry warehouse in Märsta!

We are now looking for a Team Leader for our client in the laundry and warehouse sector in the Märsta area. You will be employed by Arena Personal and work on behalf of the client. For the right person, there are good opportunities for development and continued responsibility.

About the role

As a Team Leader, you have a central role in the daily operations. You are both operational and responsible for ensuring that the team meets its goals. You coach, follow up, and motivate your colleagues while also being actively involved in production.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure that staff are on site on time and have the right equipment
• Introduce and train new staff
• Follow up on goals, productivity, and quality daily
• Work on improvement initiatives together with the team
• Support the staff and contribute to a positive work environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in warehousing, logistics, or laundry
• Has good leadership skills and enjoys motivating others
• Is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys a physical role
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently

It is a plus if you also have:

• Experience in data-driven warehousing operations
• A valid driver's license and access to a car
• Forklift certification

Working hours & salary

• Working hours: Monday–Friday 05:55–14:55 (3 months of training)
• Salary: According to collective agreement + responsibility allowance
