About the job as a pharmacist with medication responsibility at Hjärtat

In addition to your role as a pharmacist, you will also have medication responsibility at the pharmacy. At Hjärtat, this means you are responsible for local quality work. You ensure that your pharmacy meets the required standards and report any deviations. You make sure that new employees are introduced to and participate in the quality routines at the pharmacy, and you coach your colleagues with support and advice regarding the pharmacy's quality work.

Apotek Hjärtat in Lidingö Centrum is a popular pharmacy with many regular customers throughout the day. We have a large and fresh self-care department and compounding. The pharmacy is located in a pleasant center with many different shops, and it is easy to get here – the subway from T-Centralen to Ropsten takes only 10 minutes, and then it’s a short bus ride of 5 minutes over the bridge.

As the pharmacy manager, I value that you enjoy working with customers and collaborating with colleagues. No one can do everything, but together we can almost do anything. It is also important that you as an employee see the whole picture and have the desire to help improve us, as well as develop in our work to achieve goals and develop the business.

Our staff group consists of 7 pharmacists, 4 technicians/advisors, 1 stock clerk, and additional staff primarily for self-care. The position is a permanent employment, full-time or part-time. We are open 09–19 on weekdays, 10–16 on Saturdays, and 12–16 on Sundays. In the summer, we have slightly shorter opening hours as we adapt to the center's opening hours.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

  • You show interest and engagement in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/ all of Apotek Hjärtat
  • You take responsibility for meeting the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
  • You contribute with a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
