Nordic Interior Production is a newly formed company sprung from the former Treefurn. We are a traditional custom carpentry shop that works with modern production and machine technology. We are located in Tibro, which has a long tradition of furniture manufacturing. Here we have our factory, totaling over 3,000 square meters of production and storage space. We have a turnover of approximately 45 million with 20 employees. We are a company in growth and change, where collaboration, short decision-making paths, and a strong community are central.

Job Description

As our new Production Manager, you will be a key player in connecting our departments and leading production forward.

You will:

• Plan and lead production from an agile perspective – Weekly planning, project meetings, and continuous improvements to optimize flow.
• Lead and develop workgroups – Daily start-up and follow-up meetings, as well as working closely with staff to create involvement and trust.
• Ensure machine technical development – Optimize the use of machinery and participate in investments to stay at the forefront of technology.
• Drive improvement work – Introduce Lean tools in a way that engages staff without losing pace in the operation.
• Develop the work environment – Systematic work environment efforts and quality assurance for a safe and efficient workplace.
• Support production practically – Step in operationally when needed to understand the business in depth.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a passion for leadership and production and is ready to take the next step in their career as a Production Manager.

As a person, you are driven, responsible, and unpretentious with previous experience in leading teams. You have good technical competence in production technology with an understanding of project management. You have a strong ability to communicate and adapt to both colleagues' and customers' needs, and you thrive in an environment where problem-solving and structure are in focus. Your resilience and ability to handle transitions and challenges with calmness and determination, as well as your coaching leadership style, make you the ideal candidate.

Experience in the wood industry and working with Lean tools is a plus.
