Psychologist with managerial responsibility at Psykiatripartners Children and Youth in Växjö and Ljungby

Exciting things are happening at Psykiatripartners! We have clinics in Falun, Motala, Mjölby, Växjö, Ljungby, and Malmö, where we develop and operate outpatient-based Child and Adolescent Psychiatric specialist care and intermediate care. In Kronoberg, we operate two Child and Adolescent Psychiatry clinics on behalf of the region within the framework of Vårdval BUP. Psykiatripartners is also part of PBM Sweden AB, which became part of Kry in the fall of 2021.

About the position We are growing and are now looking for a psychologist for our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry clinics in Kronoberg. Working as a psychologist with us means working independently with assessment, investigation, and treatment of patients. The role also includes collaboration with schools, social services, and other stakeholders. There is an opportunity to combine this with digital work remotely.

Our team consists of psychologists, doctors, psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, and medical secretaries. We offer specialist psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, investigation, and treatment for children aged 0-17 years. Care is provided according to agreements with Region Kronoberg, meaning the same conditions apply as in public healthcare.

Qualifications

You who are applying are a licensed psychologist with experience from child or adult psychiatry. You have a desire to be involved in developing the operations and to be part of the local management team. In addition to your primary role as a psychologist, you will also lead the psychological work at the clinic. As a person, you are positive, secure, and empathetic, with the ability to organize your work effectively. You thrive in a leadership role and are driven by challenges. You have a pedagogical approach and a holistic view with the patient's needs in focus.
