Head Chef for Catering Business in Arlandastad

Do you want to lead a professional kitchen in an international environment with a fast pace and large volumes? We are now looking for an experienced head chef for our client's catering business in Arlandastad.

About the Role

As head chef, you have overall responsibility for the kitchen operations and lead a team where you are in charge of two sous chefs. You ensure that production runs smoothly, are responsible for the menus, and drive both operational and strategic issues. The role also involves administrative work and close collaboration with clients and management.

Conditions

The position is covered by Unionens tjänstemannaavtal
30 days of vacation entitlement
No compensation or overtime earning applies

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience as a chef
At least 5 years of experience as a sous chef/executive sous chef
You are proficient in both Swedish and English in spoken and written form
You have strong leadership skills, are structured, and have experience in driving and developing kitchen operations
You are accustomed to combining operational responsibilities with administrative tasks
