At Carglass®, your workday will primarily consist of helping our customers with stone chip repairs and car window replacements. We offer you a family-like workplace where no two workdays are the same. We are currently looking for new employees for our workshops in Malmö.

You do not need to have previous experience in repairing car glass, although it is a merit, Carglass® provides the training you need to succeed in the position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver Carglass® services in a way that meets or exceeds our customers' expectations regarding service, quality of work performed, and information/administration related to our service.
• The main tasks include repairing stone chips, replacing car windows, calibrating, and welcoming our customers at the workshop.
• Work at other locations or workshops may occur.

Who are you?

• You have experience in some form of work with direct customer contact. You enjoy taking care of customers and providing world-class service.
• It is important to us that you enjoy practical work and have a technical interest.
• We consider previous experience with car glass or insurance claims as a merit, but this is not a requirement.
• To succeed in the job, you need to be meticulous, independent, and have basic computer skills.

Qualifications:

• Manual B driver's license
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Basic computer skills
• Aptitude for practical and technical work

About the position:

The position is a permanent employment, with start date according to agreement and a 6-month initial probationary period.

One step in the recruitment process is a visit to our occupational health service for a hard plastic examination and alcohol and drug tests, which are prerequisites for employment with us.
