This is a temporary position starting now in January/February until September 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension. We bake sourdough bread and sourdough rolls every day, and the bakery also prepares all the snacks sold at our coffee bars/cafés.

We are looking for someone with training as a baker/pastry chef, who enjoys collaborating and wants to work in a small-scale company. We have high ambitions and work with organic ingredients from smaller suppliers. We offer engaged managers and wonderful colleagues. Collective agreement.

The position can vary between 75-100% and involves work between 04:00 AM and 01:00 PM.
