ABOUT THE POSITION

ZetaDisplay was founded in 2003 in Sweden as one of the early pioneers in digital signage. Their proprietary software platform, digital business development and consulting services, innovative digital signage solutions, and creative concepts inspire, influence, and guide millions of people every day in retail environments, restaurants, on advertising screens, in factories, on trains, on cruise ships, in arenas, in workplaces, and in all types of public spaces indoors and outdoors.

At ZetaDisplay, you will have 35 new colleagues, of which 10 are based in the Stockholm office. Your role as a Project Assistant means that you will work closely with Project Managers, supporting and coordinating in the daily work. Your tasks are both administrative and require good communication skills as you will also be in contact with clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Keep track of products, distributors, shipments (nationally and internationally), and deadlines related to this
• Follow up on orders and deliveries
• Handle and solve problems related to customers, suppliers, and deliveries
• Be a bridge between the finance department, internal salespeople, and projects
• Manage administrative systems, ERP, CRM, and our Content Management System

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has experience in a coordinating role, where you have acted as a spider in the web
• Has a post-secondary education
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and is comfortable with English
• Has a good general technical understanding and system familiarity

We consider it meritorious if you:

• Have previously worked as a Project Assistant/coordinator
• Have completed a training in project management
• Have previously worked in administrative systems such as ERP, CRM, and CMS and can handle WordPress
