Fredahuset operates protected housing with a special focus on children in several locations in Central Sweden and is now looking for a new security manager.

As a security manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Fredahuset maintains a high level of security and continues to update and revise our security routines. You will act as a sounding board for colleagues during transports, conduct transports, hold security discussions with and educate clients, both adults and children, in safety. Crisis and support conversations are also part of your duties.

The ideal candidate has either completed the police program or FPU in combination with a university degree in social work. We would also like you to have an interest in information technology and have completed security training in this area.

Previous work experience within the police force is a requirement, and employment in social work is highly meritorious.

In addition, you must be warm-hearted, pedagogical, clear, and solution-oriented.

The position is scheduled for daytime weekdays, but work during evenings/weekends may occur as needed. The job includes being on-call at home during certain periods.

We recommend that you reside in the Mälardalen area. In your application, you need to provide your address so we can calculate your response time based on your scheduled on-call duties at home.
