About the role

You will belong to the Cyber Defense Services team and hold the role of Security Operation Engineer, primarily working with our customers in the Large and Public segments. The role is a key function in the development of our security services and the delivery of a high-quality customer experience.

We are in an expansive phase, and there will be great opportunities for development and to work broadly in the field.

This is a permanent full-time position with the possibility of a hybrid workplace. The role may include on-call duty. We prefer that you can work from our headquarters in Kista or one of our other 18 offices across Sweden.

Examples of tasks:

• Onboard security solutions for customers, such as: introducing, installing, configuring, and integrating new security solutions
• Building MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider)
• Incident management

Who are you?

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience in onboarding security solutions
• Experience in handling security incidents, such as identifying, analyzing, and responding to incidents
• Worked within MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider)
• Education in Cyber Security
• Swedish citizenship
• Fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Certification in CISSP
• Experience in BID work

My name is Daniel Van De Meulebrouck, and I am a proud leader of an incredibly competent and forward-thinking team within Cyber Defence Services. Within the B2B Security Solutions department, we are a tight group with specialized expertise in the security field. We deliver solutions in Security and automation primarily to larger customers, regions, and municipalities. We work across different functions and teams around Network Security, Automation, Cybersecurity, and also have an overarching security responsibility regarding regulatory and process-related tasks and commitments. We are located all over the country and have many broad collaborations with other parts of Tele2.
