• B driver's license – it is a requirement that you have a driver's license and good driving experience to reach customers safely and efficiently.

As a home care employee, you will work in the customer's home and perform services according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. The tasks during weekend shifts may include:

• Meal support – Assistance with cooking, serving, and eating.
• Social support – Creating security, presence, and comfort.
• Supervision – Preventive and follow-up visits.
• Personal care – Assistance with hygiene, toilet visits, and showering.
• Support with changing clothes – Help with putting on and taking off clothes as needed.

Working Hours and Employment Forms

We offer a fixed weekend schedule with two options:

• Day shift: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
• Evening shift: 03:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Location: Österåkers municipality (in Åkersberga) – we prefer that you live nearby.
