About the role

Our night patrol operates in central Stockholm as well as in neighborhoods in Västerort.

We are now looking for new team members who want to work on an as-needed basis. Working hours are only at night between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

Job Description

As a night worker with us, you will participate in a team as a field worker with an independent schedule, fixed night visits, and flexible alarm responsibilities.

NOTE - A driving license (B) is a requirement

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care is a requirement.
• Previous experience in night shifts is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Care assistant education is a requirement.
• Qualified care assistants must be able to present a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• You enjoy building good relationships with clients and want to create value for them and their relatives.
• You would describe yourself as an independent and responsible person who is passionate about elderly care.
• You find it stimulating to collaborate in a team and are not afraid to make quick assessments in a hectic environment.

Employment Type

As-needed employment with the possibility of permanent employment after a six-month probationary period.

Start date immediately or by agreement.
