Right now, we are in full transformation from stores to Service Points. In a Service Point, we primarily meet our customers in physical form, but customer meetings also take place digitally through various channels - always with the customer's needs in focus.

Manager or leader? - we are looking for someone who sees the difference between the meanings of the words and who realizes that both aspects are needed to create a well-functioning unit and a team that develops.

We do not require any previous experience in a managerial role, but you need to be a person who has thought about the role of a leader for a longer time, enough to have a clear picture of what you will stand for as a manager and leader. Perhaps you are currently your workplace's best employee and ready to take the next step? You likely have a great interest in leadership, love sales, and through your team want to create success, while also being passionate about providing world-class service every day.

We are looking for someone who: Is humble, socially competent, resourceful, and energetic. Loves to sell and takes great responsibility for both your own and others' performance. Can communicate goals and coach the group towards them. Has interest and knowledge about the products we sell. Is result- and goal-oriented. Is stable, mature, and decisive in your actions.

Preferably, you have: - Experience in leadership in some form, preferably from retail. - Experience in sales to end consumers.

What do we offer you?

In the role of store manager, you will drive your store as your own, together with your salespeople. You will have solid support from the Head Office, allowing you to focus on operational leadership and the development of your team. We value close leadership through high store presence, and in the role, you will have a close collaboration with your regional manager who supports, develops, and acts as a sounding board.

Examples of tasks and responsibilities as a store manager: - Create an efficient and well-functioning team in your store. - Manage and develop the high level of customer satisfaction that we strive for. - Work for a well-maintained store and a well-organized inventory.

• Base salary according to the retail agreement based on the highest possible industry experience + responsibility supplement. In addition, there is the possibility of a bonus of 45,000 per quarter.
