We are currently looking for Magnifiq nurses for a highly sought-after assignment in consulting and claims adjustment for an insurance company. 

Start date for the assignment: mid-September, as agreed. Duration of the assignment: 2 months (with a possibility of extension)

General job description Nurse who will work with insured healthcare customers. Work with care navigation, healthcare advice, booking of healthcare services. 

- Daily phone contact with customers 

- Triage to the right level of care, which means you will assist with advice and navigation within healthcare, as well as coordinate treatment processes, within both public and private healthcare.

- Claims adjustment 

- Coordination with colleagues regarding complex cases.

- Actively participate in the health team's professional development.

Professional qualifications

You are a qualified nurse with at least 4 years of experience - preferably with experience from several medical specialties as well as in the field of healthcare insurance. It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have experience in orthopedics, rheumatology, or psychiatry. Since you will need to navigate and assist customers, it is a requirement that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and also proficient in English. It is also important that you have experience from the Swedish healthcare system. You can quickly familiarize yourself with new IT systems and have the ability to navigate these while creating a good dialogue with the customer via phone.
