ABOUT THE POSITION As a Service Technician, you will work with DMG MORI's wide range of machines and may perform everything from installation and preventive maintenance to urgent service interventions. You will continuously face several technical challenges related to electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and control systems (e.g., Heidenhain, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Fanuc). You will have access to a technical hotline and will work closely with the service coordinators who plan customer visits on a weekly basis. Some administration will be involved in the form of documentation and report writing.

As a Service Technician at DMG MORI, you will often be on the road and at your customers' sites. Your workweek starts from home, and from there you will travel to various exciting customers and industries. Overnight stays are common, which requires that you enjoy being on the move. At the same time, you will be offered a very flexible and versatile role where no day is the same – perfect for you who thrive on constantly gaining new experiences!

Main Responsibilities

• Installation and preventive and/or urgent maintenance of machine tools
• Assist DMG MORI's customers on-site
• Document and write reports regarding completed work

ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a technical field and likely has a strong technical interest in their spare time. Perhaps you are the person who has always tinkered with mopeds, cars, and enjoys that type of technical challenge. If you have previously worked with mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, or control systems, we see it as an advantage, but with drive and willingness, you will go far.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working solution-oriented. You likely also have a natural drive and a talent for creating structure among your tasks. If you find it stimulating to deliver good service and build relationships with customers, you will thrive in this role!

Other Qualifications:

• High school education, preferably with some form of technical focus
• At least 2 years of experience with CNC machines as a service technician, maintenance technician, mechanic, or similar
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driving license B

Start: Immediately, by agreement Scope: Full-time, 100% Location: You will work from home, and locations will therefore vary, but preferably you live somewhere near Gothenburg, Örebro, Jönköping, Vimmerby, Kalmar, Halmstad, Varberg, Falkenberg, Borås, Trollhättan, Ulricehamn, Skövde, among others. Salary: Fixed monthly salary by agreement + OB and allowances
