About the role:

As a Cloud Specialist at Cloudo, you will play a key role in our customers' journey towards modern IT solutions. You will work with a wide range of technologies – where Microsoft 365 and Azure are central components, but where other platforms and solutions may also be involved depending on the customer's needs. The role involves being responsible for license management, cloud architecture, and implementation, as well as acting as a technical expert in customer dialogues and sales meetings.

Although the role is specialist-oriented, you may also support the support team by handling incoming cases via phone, email, and chat – both remotely and onsite. This gives you a comprehensive view of the customer's environment and strengthens collaboration within the team.

Your main responsibilities:

- Responsible for licenses and CSP

- Implement and optimize Microsoft 365 services and other cloud platforms

- Develop and manage solutions in Azure and other infrastructure services

- Onboard and develop customers around our services

- Act as a technical expert during sales meetings with customers and salespeople

- Automate processes and implement DevOps principles

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services into our applications

- Support the support team with troubleshooting and case management as needed

We are looking for someone who:

- Has solid experience working with cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365

- Has a broad technical understanding and can work with various platforms and infrastructure solutions

- Is communicative and can explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical personnel

- Is structured, self-driven, and has a strong customer focus

- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

Meritorious:

- Certifications in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator)

- Experience with networking, virtualization, storage, and backup

- B driver's license for customer visits
