Hagunda home care is based in Vänge and is responsible for a vast and beautiful rural district and its surroundings. 

In the position of nursing assistant, you will work with care and support according to the client's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You will assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and being there for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure that everyone can live life to the fullest. This can involve everything from chatting, playing games, going for walks, or finding fun activities to do together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for nursing assistants for hourly employment with immediate start. 

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
• A valid driver's license and the ability to cycle

We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in home care.

To thrive in this role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. We work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to present an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
