Build and Lead Our New Sales Team in Stockholm!

At Impressive Relations, we are expanding and are now looking for a Team Leader who wants to take the lead role in starting up and leading our new team in Stockholm. This is the chance for you who want to combine sales with leadership – and who is passionate about achieving results together with others.

About the Role:

You will be involved from the very first step: Introduction and startup of a completely new team. During the first weeks, you will work closely with our sales manager and learn our working methods by participating in existing projects (e.g., with Fortum or PKL). After that, you will take the helm and lead the team in daily operations.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Building a team of 4–5 people
• Planning schedules, booking stores, and ensuring that conditions for sales success are in place
• Coaching and developing salespeople to reach and exceed goals
• Following up on results and reporting against budget
• Being part of the sales yourself – you lead both by words and actions

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in field sales
• Is a natural leader who helps others grow
• Has the ability to create structure and maintain energy in the team
• Is driven, solution-oriented, and ready to take responsibility
• Sees opportunities in building something new from scratch
