About the position

As a test equipment assembler, you will work practically to build and assemble test equipment. The work is varied and often takes place in close collaboration with designers and developers. You will work from drawing documentation but also need to be able to solve problems and take your own initiatives when everything is not fully defined.

Your tasks will include assembling test racks, adapters, and fixtures, soldering circuit boards, building cabling, and installing components in boxes and cabinets. It may also involve creating test cards or temporary solutions for the prototype stage. Drawings are often available for older versions, but since each rig is unique, a flexible working approach and a willingness to find new solutions are required.

Your qualifications

• High school education, preferably with a technical focus.
• Experience in soldering
• Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and electronic schematics.

We also see it as a positive if you have previously built cabling, are practically inclined, and have a bit of finesse as you will be working with small details.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Extent: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediately, considering your possible notice period

Location: Huskvarna
