PULS is now looking for a CNC operator with a focus on both lathe and milling for one of our clients just outside Värnamo. We are looking for someone who is technically interested, practically inclined, and wants to work in a long-term role within the industry.

About the position:

In the role of CNC operator, you will work with both CNC turning and CNC milling. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring the machines, ensuring that the parts meet the required quality, and ensuring that production flows according to plan.

You do not need to know everything from the start – we value your willingness to learn, develop, and take responsibility. For the right person, there are good opportunities to grow in the role and eventually take on more responsibility in setup, adjustment, and improvement work.

The position is located in Värnamo, but the workplace is outside the central area, which means that a B driver's license is required. Shift work may occur, and you need to be open to this.

Job Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines
• Measure and quality assure manufactured parts
• Learn to set up machines according to drawings and instructions (over time)
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Participate in improvement work and basic maintenance
• Collaborate with colleagues for an efficient production flow

Requirements

• B driver's license
• Open to shift work
• Good work ethic and willingness to develop

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CNC lathe or CNC milling
• Previous work in the industry
• Knowledge of reading drawings and measurement techniques
