Industrial Painter Wanted

We are looking for an experienced industrial painter for our painting department, where the work is characterized by quality, structure, and clear working methods.

We manufacture injection-molded plastic parts primarily for the automotive industry and are now seeking someone who is confident in their craft, works meticulously, and wants to be a reliable part of a cohesive team.

About the Job

The work is practical and takes place in a regulated production environment where demands for quality, repeatability, and process compliance are a natural part. In this role, you will primarily work with:

  • Preparation of parts for painting (cleaning, masking, etc.)
  • Manual and/or automated painting
  • Monitoring the painting process
  • Control and assessment of surface finish and quality according to given specifications
  • Basic maintenance and cleaning of painting equipment
  • Following established routines for work environment, safety, environment, and quality

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in industrial painting or similar work
  • Works meticulously, is quality-conscious, and takes responsibility for their tasks
  • Enjoys practical work in a production environment
  • Has good collaboration skills and contributes to a respectful work climate with a focus on safety
  • Can communicate in Swedish or English, both verbally and in writing

It is an advantage if you have experience in painting injection-molded parts, have worked in the automotive industry, and are familiar with the quality requirements that come with it.
