As a CNC operator, you will be responsible for monitoring the work of CNC machines and ensuring that production meets specified dimensions and quality requirements. The assignment is part of our staffing operations, which means you will be employed by Lernia and work as a consultant for our client in Eksjö. The assignment is long-term, and the goal is for you to eventually be offered a direct employment with the client company.

To fit this position, it is essential that you are flexible and have a strong work ethic. As a person, you are expected to be a team player with a high sense of responsibility and to handle your work efficiently. You should also be practically inclined, able to work both independently and in a group, and have good physical ability. The work involves shift work, so you need to be a flexible person who can work nights, days, and evenings.

• Driver's license B & access to a car

• Good knowledge of Swedish

• Education or previous experience in CNC or as a machine operator

• Forklift license A+B

• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, especially in metal or wood
