We are looking for a technical inside salesperson for our production unit in Motala. Do you want to work in a role with a lot of customer contact in a technical environment where your task will be to handle internal and external inquiries? Then you might be the one we are looking for as a technical inside salesperson at Hydroscand Special Hoses!

What does the position entail? Hydroscand Special Hoses (https://www.hydroscand.se/se_se/tjanster/special-hoses) works with the assembly of fittings and other components on special hoses. Together with Hydroscand's stores across the country, Special Hoses provides customer-oriented service. Since everything is produced on-site in Motala, this means short lead times for our customers.

As an inside salesperson at Hydroscand Special Hoses, you will work primarily with a phone and computer as your tools. The role involves a lot of customer contact where you contribute the best solution for each individual customer in a professional and humble manner.

The role includes the following tasks:

  • Ongoing contact with both internal and external customers
  • Participate in production planning, material flow, and purchasing for own production to ensure efficient operations
  • Work with order and quote management in the business system AX and handling invoices in Medius
  • Contribute to product development, create preparations, and support the site manager in daily operations
  • Perform various administrative and operational tasks based on the needs of the business

You will work on-site at the production unit in Motala and report to the site manager.

Your profile To succeed as an inside salesperson, you need to have a technical interest and feel comfortable having many points of contact, primarily via phone, both internally and externally. It is important that you are passionate about sales, and it is a great advantage if you have previous experience in inside sales within a technical industry with similar tasks. To qualify for the position, you should have previous experience in inside sales or purchasing as well as invoice management.

Additionally, we want you to have good social skills and the ability to create and maintain good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
