About the roleAt Synsam Outlet, the optician is at the center and a key factor in our success. You listen, understand, and guide our customers to the best possible solutions for their vision and eye health. With state-of-the-art equipment, your main task is to carefully conduct eye examinations and prescribe and recommend visual aids to our customers at the highest clinical level. In the store, you work in a knowledgeable team alongside the store manager and salespeople who passionately offer our customers the best solutions to see well and look good! In this role, you have the opportunity to work both on-site and remotely depending on preferences and needs.

We are looking for an optician who:

Values meeting people and building strong, long-term customer relationships. Is attentive to customer needs and has a pronounced quality awareness. Communicates pedagogically and confidently with customers. Is responsible and solution-oriented. Has an optician license – with or without a DO/master's degree.

Of course, we also see that you have a passion for eye health!
