Do you want to work closely with technology and help develop the future of electronics production? We are looking for someone with experience in production and process technology – preferably with a focus on circuit boards – who thrives in a role where you take on significant responsibility, are hands-on, and drive improvements that make a real difference.

In this role, you will be an important part of a production engineering team within electronics and circuit board manufacturing. You will work closely with both production and development, responsible for ensuring stable and efficient processes – from the introduction of new products to ongoing improvement work.

The work is varied and spans both operational and strategic aspects. You will be involved in the entire process: from creating manufacturing documentation and training operators to driving technical improvement projects and optimizing production flows.

In this role, you will

• Be responsible for one or more manufacturing processes within circuit board production
• Qualify new processes, propose investments, and lead improvement initiatives
• Work closely with production operators and provide technical support in daily operations
• Conduct process verifications and ensure documentation
• Identify efficiency opportunities and contribute to a stable and quality-assured production

• Has an engineering background (or equivalent work experience) in areas such as mechatronics, electronics, or production technology
• Has experience from a similar role, preferably related to electronics or circuit board manufacturing
• Has a good understanding of circuit boards, printed circuit boards, manufacturing flows, and process maintenance
• Is used to working both independently and collaboratively with the production team
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday.
