GS Yuasa Battery Nordic is located in Bankeryd outside Jönköping and operates within sales, marketing, and logistics functions with a customer base in the Nordic countries and the Baltics. The company has a stable global presence that continues to grow at an impressive rate and is now looking for another employee for the sales team in the Nordics, who will have the opportunity to be part of the growth journey. Job responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of battery solutions for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and data center segments. You will work with both new and existing customers, focusing on developing collaborations, identifying business opportunities, and building long-term relationships. The role involves travel within Sweden, the Nordics, and other parts of Europe.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies for UPS and data center solutions in the Nordics.

• Building and strengthening relationships with key individuals and decision-makers within customer organizations.

• Managing the entire sales process – from prospecting and needs analysis to quoting, closing, and follow-up.

• Participating in customer meetings, industry events, and networking activities.

• Collaborating closely with the General Manager Sales and colleagues within the Nordic organization.

• Maintaining ongoing contact with European branches and working in an international environment.

• Conducting market analyses and monitoring industry trends to strengthen the company's competitiveness.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales within energy storage, UPS, batteries, or related industries.

• Knowledge of lead-acid batteries and lithium-ion batteries and their application in UPS and data centers.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Valid driver's license (B).

• Experience with CRM systems and Office 365.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of the Finnish language.

Location: Flexible placement, preferably in Stockholm/Jönköping
