About the role

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative who wants to work closely with our customers to optimize the exposure, distribution, and sales of Orkla's brands in grocery stores. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the results in your district, which is Linköping and surrounding areas. This means you will be responsible for ensuring that our brands are present, visible, selling, and have the right placement in stores.

You will have the opportunity to work with

  • Selling in and executing display work and campaigns that drive volume and visibility in stores to increase sales growth in your district.
  • Ensuring quantitative and qualitative distribution to create the right placement and space for our categories.
  • Analyzing and acting on insights-driven data such as POS, Power Bi to identify opportunities and create sales.
  • Building and developing mutually beneficial and long-term customer relationships.

Who are you

You have a solid background in sales and have demonstrated clear results, preferably from the grocery or service industry. Your education includes at least a high school diploma, and it is an advantage if you have furthered your education in sales. You need to reside within the district and have a B driver's license.

  • Experience from the grocery/FMCG sector.
  • Experience with Power Bi / Argus CRM.
  • Experience in category work and store renovations.
