The Swedish Tourist Association operates eight mountain stations  For the winter season 2026, we are looking for dedicated employees who enjoy sharing themselves and always deliver world-class guest service.    In addition to accommodation, food, and nature experiences, our business is built on meetings between people. In the interaction with our guests, we create memories, deliver knowledge, and offer experiences beyond the ordinary. We need you who are not afraid to roll up your sleeves! You understand the importance of the whole for the guest's experience; cleaning toilets, serving breakfast buffets, and checking in at the reception are all part of good hospitality.  

Who are you?

• Team player who loves to collaborate
• Takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Experience with hotel systems or cash systems is an advantage, as well as having worked in hotel reception or booking or having kitchen experience previously

Working at a mountain station 

We work in relatively small teams, which means you are expected to take your own initiatives, be flexible, and take on challenges. The positions are often multifaceted and include several areas of work. We live and work together. You need to be good at working in a team and appreciate living collectively. Cooperation and mutual support are prerequisites for making the facilities function as well as possible.   We are looking for you who want to develop with us!     Mention in your application what you would prefer to work with, e.g., cleaning, evening service, breakfast service, kitchen, maintenance, reception, shop, cable car (only in Abisko).    Information about the positions 

• Seasonal employment with different start and end dates depending on the facility
• Between 80 and 100%
• The work schedule follows the needs of the business and includes work on both weekdays and weekends, daytime and evening
• Salary according to collective agreement Visita/HRF, Tourist supplement
• Food deduction according to collective agreement
• Staff accommodation

Our mountain facilities have different opening hours, the dates listed below cover a full season. We prioritize applicants who can work the entire season, but we are also looking for employees for both longer and shorter employment as well as after the regular season.
