We travel around all of Sweden at the largest food festival "International Food Festival" and visit 26 different locations from Ystad to Kiruna, where we prepare an incredibly delicious Fish & Chips from scratch.

You will be involved in everything that needs to be done - unpacking, building the serving tent, cooking, taking payments, serving food, cleaning, washing dishes, and then packing everything down again.

The work can be physically demanding and often stressful, BUT the contact you get with all the satisfied customers will stick with you, and the joy is immense. We assume you love having constant social interactions with customers and being very service-minded towards them.

Since there are usually only two of you in the tent, it is important that you are a problem solver, have a strong work ethic, and have the ability to see what needs to be done and take your own initiative.

Sometimes you work long hours, sometimes shorter, but you always have a day or two between visits to different cities.

You will usually live and "exist" either in hotels or in an Airbnb accommodation.
