We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on an as-needed basis and can book shifts in advance occasionally for a man in his 60s living in Uppsala/Gränby.

As a substitute, you need to be flexible and able to work during the absence of regular assistants due to vacation or illness, often at short notice.

You should primarily be able to work between 8 AM - 3 PM and/or 3 PM - 10 PM at least a few days a week.

It is also often possible to book shifts relatively far in advance.

Your tasks include, among other things: Transfers, assistance, personal hygiene, and accompanying on various activities.

About you: We prefer that you have professional experience in care and support and have experience working as a personal assistant.

You are patient and organized, responsible, and have no problem stepping up when needed while also being attentive and able to take a more reserved role.

You need to be mentally and physically strong as transfers are involved.

Meritorious: If you are currently working as a personal assistant or have done so before.

Working hours: Usually 8 AM - 3 PM or 3 PM - 10 PM. Sometimes there are also night shifts available between 10 PM - 8 AM.

Scope: 2 substitutes as needed.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations such as e.g. additional pay for unsocial hours in accordance with collective agreements.

Other: To be employed with us, you need to have a bank ID.
