Welcome to Apoteket Odengatan 42 - a pharmacy located in central Stockholm.

Our pharmacy is situated in an accessible and attractive location in Stockholm, close to both public transport, shops, restaurants, and lively streets. Our clientele consists of both returning customers and passersby, creating a dynamic and varied workday. 

We are a small, close-knit team consisting of two pharmacists and two technicians who work closely together and support each other in daily tasks. We have a good atmosphere, a shared drive, and a strong sense of service and quality.

We are now looking for a licensed pharmacist who wants to become part of our team. Your role

As a pharmacy leader, you work systematically with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. You work together with your colleagues to achieve our goals in quality, patient safety, and sales. In your role, you have an extended responsibility to guide your colleagues by coaching and supporting them in customer interactions in the prescription channel.

At Apoteket Odengatan 42, you will work in a warm and well-functioning work environment where proximity to customers and team spirit characterizes the entire operation. As a pharmacy leader with us, you combine daily pharmaceutical work with extended responsibilities for quality, development, and mentoring.

You work in a small and close-knit team where collaboration is crucial, and you have an important role in guiding your colleagues in both routines and customer interactions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence and contribute, both in small and large ways – with close access to decisions and changes.

• Continuously work on improvements through activities related to both customer interactions and key figures.
• In collaboration with the responsible pharmacist, drive the use of EES.
• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Guide and develop your colleagues regarding customer interactions in the prescription channel - we grow and develop together.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications. You have worked at least 1 year as a pharmacist in an outpatient pharmacy.

You have a clear business understanding and goal orientation and keep yourself continuously updated on changes in pharmacy and medication issues.

As a pharmacy leader, you need to have very good knowledge of MS Office.

• You have worked at least 1 year as a pharmacist in an outpatient pharmacy.
• You have experience working with customer interactions in the prescription channel, quality assurance, and supporting colleagues in daily tasks.
• You have a particular interest in good customer interactions and quality work – and are driven to create safety and added value for every customer.
• You are attentive, responsible, and enjoy contributing to solutions in everyday life – with both structure and a warm approach.
