Our esteemed client is now looking for a student who wants to work part-time in customer service and order administration. Perfect for you as a student who wants to gain work experience (and live on something other than student loans)!

This is a position for about 2 days a week and the office is centrally located in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Customer service via email and phone
• Order management and follow-up
• Handling complaints and returns
• Answering questions regarding invoices and payments 

Qualifications:

• You are studying at a university/college and have at least one year left of your studies
• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious: Experience working in SAP
