About the role of Contract Sales Manager Sweden
In this role, you will combine strategic responsibility with operational and relationship-driven work within marketing and sales. You will work closely with both retailers and the project market, where you will build and develop long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, designers, and other key stakeholders. An important part of the role is to contribute to the development and growth of String Furniture's Contract offering and future B2B business in Sweden.

You will drive projects from early dialogue to implementation and act as an advisory partner throughout the process. The role also includes strengthening and further developing collaborations with retailers and representing the brand through presentations, training sessions, customer meetings, and showrooms. Your work will also involve preparing quotes and calculations, working with project management and CRM, and following up on budgets, goals, and results. Through ongoing dialogue with the market, you will provide valuable insights internally to support business development and strategic decisions.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships and business and drive projects from start to finish with architects, interior designers, and designers.
  • Strengthen and develop collaborations with retailers.
  • Contribute both operationally and strategically to how String Furniture builds and grows Contract Sales in Sweden.
  • Conduct presentations, training sessions, customer meetings, showrooms, and participate in trade fairs.
  • Follow up on budgets and goals and provide market insights internally to support strategic decisions.


About you
To succeed in the role of Contract Sales Manager Sweden, you have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and long-term customer relationships – preferably in design, architecture, interior design, or construction-related environments. You may also come from working in the retail world, where you have built a strong network within store concepts, interior development, and design. You are accustomed to handling complex deals with many decision-makers and have a strategic perspective while possessing operational execution skills. Finally, you are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have a B driver's license.

As a person, we see that you are structured, communicative, relationship-building, and business-driven. You thrive in a dynamic and varied environment and are solution-oriented. Furthermore, you have an interest in design and architecture.

The role is aimed at the entire Swedish market. Therefore, you need to have the ability to travel for work.

Important for the position:

  • 5+ years of experience in relationship-building B2B sales - preferably in design, architecture, interior design, or construction-related environments. Alternatively, you may have worked in the retail world, where you have built a strong network within store concepts, interior development, and design.
  • Accustomed to handling complex deals with many decision-makers.
  • You have a strategic perspective while possessing operational execution skills.
  • You are structured, communicative, relationship-building, and business-driven.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • You have the ability to travel for work and possess a B driver's license.
